The components to daily strategy for success. The hardest part is committing yourself to actually doing it. Once you commit yourself, the rest is easy. Daily rituals in our lives positively ground us, so we have a similar launching point each day. You should do the same:
Begin a morning ritual which includes some of the following suggestions:
Spiritual – meditation, prayer gratitude writing, etc. Some form of connection to your Spirit.
Mental – Reading inspiring books, watching videos, any material that will stimulate your mind positively.
Physical – Yoga, walking in nature, exercise. You want to get your body in motion and work up a sweat.
Your morning ritual is most effective in increments of 30 minutes to an hour, with an hour being ideal. Make it customary to your needs.
Keep in mind that this is crucial to your strategy for success.
